Jordanian Thyme Grilled Halloumi Skewers
These grilled halloumi skewers are brushed with olive oil and Jordanian thyme, offering a charred, herby bite that’s ideal as a side or vegetarian main.
Ingredients
- 1 block halloumi cheese, cubed
- 1 tbsp Jordanian thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Instructions
- Assemble the Skewers
Thread halloumi and cherry tomatoes onto skewers.
- Season the Cheese
Mix olive oil and Jordanian thyme and brush onto the skewers.
- Grill the Skewers
Grill over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden with grill marks.
- Serve
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
