Jordanian Thyme Chocolate Bark with Hazelnuts

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- ⅓ cup roasted hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- Pinch of flaky salt
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate
Melt chocolate using a double boiler.
- Assemble the Bark
Pour onto a parchment-lined tray. Sprinkle with hazelnuts, Jordanian thyme, and salt.
- Chill
Refrigerate until firm. Break into shards to serve.
