Jordanian Thyme Cheese-Stuffed Phyllo Cigars
These golden, crispy phyllo cigars are filled with creamy cheese and Jordanian thyme, delivering a flaky bite with earthy, aromatic depth. A perfect starter or savory snack with tea.
Ingredients
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
- ¾ cup crumbled feta
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp Jordanian thyme
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix feta, mozzarella, and Jordanian thyme.
- Assemble Cigars
Lay out a sheet of phyllo, brush lightly with oil, add another layer. Place filling near edge, roll tightly into a cigar. Seal edges with butter. Repeat.

Place on a baking sheet, brush with oil. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes until golden.
