Harissa Yogurt Marinated Grilled Chicken Thighs
Juicy chicken thighs get tenderized and infused with harissa flavor in a creamy yogurt marinade. Grilling caramelizes the spices and creates a moist, flavorful result perfect for wraps or dinner plates.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp Moroccan harissa spice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken
Combine yogurt, harissa, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper. Toss chicken to coat; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Preheat grill
Medium-high heat.
- Grill thighs
Oil the grill. Cook thighs 8–10 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165 °F (74 °C).
- Rest & serve
Let chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing.
