Harissa Shrimp Skewers with Pomegranate Glaze
Sweet meets heat in these grilled shrimp skewers glazed with pomegranate molasses and harissa. Perfect for parties or light dinners, each bite bursts with North African flair.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Moroccan Harissa spice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh mint, for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the Shrimp
Toss shrimp with olive oil, harissa, lemon juice, and salt. Marinate 10–15 minutes.
- Skewer and Grill
Thread onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Glaze and Serve
Brush with pomegranate molasses while hot. Garnish with mint and serve.
