Harissa-Scented Popcorn

A snack with serious flavor—this Moroccan Harissa popcorn is buttery, smoky, and slightly spicy. It’s a great party bowl or movie-night upgrade with minimal effort and maximum taste.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (for popping)
  • 2 tbsp butter (or vegan alternative), melted
  • 1 tsp Moroccan Harissa spice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Pop the Corn
    Heat coconut oil in a large pot. Add kernels, cover, and pop, shaking often.
  • Season
    In a bowl, drizzle melted butter over popcorn. Sprinkle harissa and salt.
  • Toss and Serve
    Toss well to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
