Harissa Peach Chutney
This chutney is sweet, tangy, and spiced with Moroccan Harissa for a subtle heat that lingers. It pairs beautifully with cheese boards, roast meats, or sandwiches for an exotic flavor pop.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Moroccan Harissa spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook the Base
In a saucepan, combine peaches, onion, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Simmer over medium heat.
- Spice it Up
Add harissa and continue cooking for 20–25 minutes, stirring often, until thickened.
- Cool and Store
Let cool, then transfer to jars. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
