Harissa Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Here, nutty roasted Brussels sprouts get a spicy-sweet twist with harissa and maple syrup. They develop a caramelized edge with gentle heat — perfect for entertaining or weeknight sides.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Moroccan harissa spice
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Heat to 425 °F (220 °C).
- Toss sprouts
In a bowl, combine sprouts, oil, maple syrup, harissa, salt & pepper.
- Roast
Spread on baking sheet. Roast 20–25 minutes until crispy on edges, stirring halfway.
