Harissa Mango Slaw
This bright, spicy mango slaw makes a zesty side dish or taco topping. Harissa adds depth to the tangy dressing, which balances beautifully with the sweetness of fresh mango.
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 mango, julienned
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp Moroccan Harissa spice
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Veggies
Combine cabbage, mango, and onion in a large bowl.
