Harissa Mango Slaw

This bright, spicy mango slaw makes a zesty side dish or taco topping. Harissa adds depth to the tangy dressing, which balances beautifully with the sweetness of fresh mango.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 mango, julienned
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Moroccan Harissa spice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Veggies
    Combine cabbage, mango, and onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix the Dressing
    Whisk olive oil, lime juice, harissa, and salt.
  • Toss and Serve
    Pour dressing over slaw, toss well, and chill briefly before serving.
