Harissa Chocolate Bark with Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) dark chocolate, melted
  • ⅓ cup roughly chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp Moroccan harissa spice
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Prep tray
    Line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Spread chocolate
    Pour melted chocolate evenly on tray (~¼-inch thick).
  • Add toppings
    Sprinkle pistachios, harissa, and sea salt.
  • Set
    Refrigerate 20 minutes until set. Break into pieces.
