Halloumi with Eggs and Zaatar

Ingredients
- 1 pack halloumi cheese, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 6 eggs
- 1 tbsp zaatar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt

Instructions
- Crisp the Halloumi
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Add olive oil and sear halloumi slices for 1–1.5 minutes per side until golden.
- Add Eggs and Seasoning
Lower heat. Crack eggs directly over the cheese. Sprinkle with zaatar and a pinch of salt.
- Cover and Cook
Cover the skillet and cook on low for 4–5 minutes until the eggs are set to your preference.
- Serve
Transfer to a large plate. Garnish with more zaatar and serve with warm pita bread.
