Crispy Roasted Chickpeas with Jordanian Thyme
Crispy chickpeas make a perfect protein-packed snack. Jordanian thyme adds a tangy, herbal twist that’s addictive and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp Jordanian thyme
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dry and Season Chickpeas
Pat chickpeas dry. Toss with olive oil, Jordanian thyme, garlic powder, and salt.
- Roast Until Crispy
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast chickpeas on a baking sheet for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Cool and Serve
Let cool slightly before serving as a snack or salad topping.
