Crispy Grated Halloumi with Zaatar and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 pack halloumi cheese, grated
  • 4–6 eggs
  • 2 tbsp zaatar blend

Instructions

  • Cook the Halloumi
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high. Spread grated halloumi evenly and let cook undisturbed for 2–3 minutes until crisped.
  • Add Eggs and Seasoning
    Crack eggs on top. Sprinkle zaatar evenly across.
  • Cover and Cook
    Lower heat and cover the skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes, until eggs are cooked through.
  • Serve Immediately
    Slide onto a plate and enjoy over pita or flatbread.
