Biryani Spiced Roasted Nuts
Mixed nuts roasted with ghee and biryani spice create an addictive snack that’s both elegant and spicy. Great for gifting or as a bar bite.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tbsp ghee or oil
- 1 tbsp Biryani spice blend
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat and Mix
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss nuts with ghee, biryani spice, and salt.
- Roast
Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 12–15 minutes until fragrant. Cool completely.
