Biryani Spiced Roasted Nuts

Mixed nuts roasted with ghee and biryani spice create an addictive snack that’s both elegant and spicy. Great for gifting or as a bar bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp ghee or oil
  • 1 tbsp Biryani spice blend
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat and Mix
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss nuts with ghee, biryani spice, and salt.
  • Roast
    Spread on a baking sheet. Roast 12–15 minutes until fragrant. Cool completely.
  • Serving Suggestions
    Serve in bowls or package for edible gifts.
