Biryani-Spiced Roasted Cauliflower Steaks
Cauliflower steaks are bold and satisfying when rubbed with a blend of Biryani spice and roasted until crisp and caramelized. They make an excellent meatless main or vibrant side.
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into 1-inch slices
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush cauliflower slices with oil and sprinkle with Biryani spice, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
