Biryani-Spiced Popcorn

This aromatic popcorn brings bold Indian flavors into a movie-night favorite. Warm spices and golden ghee make it a gourmet treat in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp ghee or butter
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Pop kernels using preferred method (air-popper or stovetop).
  • In a small pan, melt ghee and stir in Biryani spice and salt.
  • Drizzle spiced ghee over popcorn and toss well to coat.
