Biryani-Spiced Labneh Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup labneh
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix labneh with Biryani spice until smooth.
  • Slice each date open lengthwise, creating a pocket.
  • Fill each date with a spoonful of the spiced labneh.
  • Top with chopped pistachios and a light drizzle of honey, if desired.
