Biryani-Spiced Hummus
This hummus is infused with the complex layers of Biryani spice for a rich, earthy twist. It’s perfect for dipping, spreading, or spooning onto bowls.
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned chickpeas, rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Biryani spice
- Salt, to taste
- Water, to thin
Instructions
- Blend lemon juice, garlic, and tahini until creamy.
- Add chickpeas, olive oil, Biryani spice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Add water as needed to reach desired consistency.
- Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Garnish with paprika or parsley. Serve with flatbread or sliced veggies.
