Biryani Spiced Grilled Halloumi Skewers
Firm, salty halloumi cheese grilled with biryani spice becomes a crispy-edged, deeply flavorful appetizer or side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 oz halloumi, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Biryani spice blend
- 1/2 lemon, for finishing
Instructions
- Marinate
Toss halloumi with oil and biryani spice. Let sit 10 minutes.
- Grill
Thread onto skewers and grill 3–4 minutes per side until charred.
- Serve
Squeeze lemon juice over before serving.
