Biryani-Spiced Grilled Corn Ribs
Corn ribs take on a fiery new form with a coating of smoky Biryani spice. Charred, juicy, and full of flavor, these are an irresistible finger food for BBQs or game-day spreads.
Ingredients
- 2 large ears of corn, quartered lengthwise
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high.
- In a bowl, toss corn ribs with olive oil, Biryani spice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Grill corn for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
