Biryani-Spiced Flatbread Crackers

These crisp, savory crackers are laced with Biryani spice for an aromatic crunch. Serve with dips, soups, or cheese boards for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Biryani spice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 cup warm water (as needed)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix flour, salt, and Biryani spice. Add olive oil and water gradually to form a dough.
  • Roll out thin, cut into shapes, and place on parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
