Biryani-Spiced Flatbread Crackers
These crisp, savory crackers are laced with Biryani spice for an aromatic crunch. Serve with dips, soups, or cheese boards for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Biryani spice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup warm water (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, salt, and Biryani spice. Add olive oil and water gradually to form a dough.
- Roll out thin, cut into shapes, and place on parchment-lined tray.
- Bake 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
