Biryani-Spiced Deviled Eggs
Classic deviled eggs take on a bold, savory twist with a touch of biryani spice in the yolk filling. Unexpected, elegant, and completely addictive.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Biryani spice blend
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Chopped cilantro or paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Boil and Peel Eggs
Boil eggs for 10 minutes. Cool and peel. Halve and remove yolks.
- Make the Filling
Mash yolks with mayo, biryani spice, mustard, and salt.
