Biryani-Spiced Breakfast Hash

This savory breakfast hash swaps traditional flavors for the bold, fragrant warmth of Biryani spice. Potatoes, peppers, and eggs come together in one pan for a satisfying start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet and sauté potatoes for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  • Add pepper, onion, and Biryani spice. Cook another 5–7 minutes until soft.
  • Make two wells and crack in eggs. Cover and cook until eggs are set.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with flatbread or toast.
