Biryani-Spiced Breakfast Hash
This savory breakfast hash swaps traditional flavors for the bold, fragrant warmth of Biryani spice. Potatoes, peppers, and eggs come together in one pan for a satisfying start to the day.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Biryani spice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté potatoes for 8–10 minutes until golden.
- Add pepper, onion, and Biryani spice. Cook another 5–7 minutes until soft.
- Make two wells and crack in eggs. Cover and cook until eggs are set.
