Biryani Spice Hummus

This smooth, spiced hummus variation offers a delightful twist on a classic. Biryani spice enhances the earthy chickpeas and tahini, making it perfect for mezze platters.

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
