Aleppo Pepper Roasted Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (about 4 lbs.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Aleppo pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Make the Spice Rub
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, Aleppo pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Season the Chicken
