7 Spice Frittata with Spinach & Feta
A quick, protein-packed meal with the aromatic lift of 7 spice, this frittata is layered with fresh spinach, crumbled feta, and herbs. It’s light yet filling and works just as well for brunch as for a speedy dinner.
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- ¾ tsp 7 spice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the Spinach
In an oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil and wilt spinach.
- Make the Egg Mixture
Whisk eggs with feta, dill, 7 spice, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the Frittata
Pour egg mixture over spinach. Cook 3–4 minutes on stovetop, then transfer to oven.
- Bake and Serve
Bake 8–10 minutes until puffed and set. Cool slightly before slicing.
