7 Spice Baked Fries
Crispy oven fries with the savory depth of 7 spice are an irresistible upgrade to traditional fries. They’re flavorful enough to eat plain—but amazing with dips.
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp 7 spice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Set oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Season the Fries
Toss potatoes with olive oil, 7 spice, garlic powder, and salt.
- Bake
Spread fries in a single layer. Bake 15 minutes, flip, then bake 15 more until crisp.
- Serve
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
