These bold tacos combine the smoky-sweet flavor of Aleppo pepper with juicy shrimp, fresh mango, and crunchy cabbage. Quick to prepare and packed with flavor.
Marinate the Shrimp In a bowl, mix olive oil, Aleppo pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
Cook the Shrimp Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Warm the Tortillas Warm tortillas on a dry skillet or in foil in the oven.
Assemble the Tacos Fill each tortilla with shrimp, cabbage, mango, and cilantro.
