Zaatar & Honey Roasted Pears with Labna

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup labna or thick yogurt
  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roast the Pears

Arrange pear halves in a baking dish. Dot with butter, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with za’atar. Roast for 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.

Serve

Serve pears warm with a generous spoonful of labna and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios.
